1.Where do you ship your products?
We have stocks of our products in fulfilment centres (warehouses) located in the USA, Australia and Europe. We ship from these warehouses to ensure free and fast delivery worldwide and this is also to ensure faster delivery and service for people who dropship our products.
We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty for all the products been sold on our website; in case your products damages or have any fault we will send you a free spare part replacement at no cost. THIS DOES NOT COVER UPGRADED MODELS.
3. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, estimated shipping times are 3-7 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated once courier provide it to us after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at email@example.com.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
